Bio: Born and raised in Winnfield Louisiana, Bill Rowell began playing Bass guitar in the 9th grade. He played locally for several years before moving to Jacksonville Florida, where he continued his music career. In the Late 70′s Bill was a studio musician in Muscle Shoals Alabama. In 1984, Bill returned home to Winnfield and joined a local band known as The Fugitives. He played Bass with The Fugitives for 7 years. He joined Southbound in February of 2010. In his free time Bill loves to fish.
